The spa
Facing the sea, our spa welcomes you in a peaceful setting, conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation.
480 m² of space has been designed with your well-being in mind: sauna, hammam, snow cave, salt grotto, sensory shower, relaxing pool and a light-filled outdoor terrace.
The pool is dedicated to relaxation and is not a swimming pool. Open all year round.
Book your access to all of our facilities in the morning or afternoon, for a half-day of letting go.
Extend this moment with a tailor-made massage, choosing from three durations, for a personalized experience that harmonizes body and mind. Massages must be booked in advance by telephone on 04.95.57.42.09 (available year-round, including for non-residents).

Our spa is open from Wednesday to Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday closed. We welcome you in the mornings from 10am to 1pm, and in the afternoons from 3pm to 7pm.
Reservations strongly advised, places limited.
Access to the spa is forbidden to under-16s.

Massages and treatments
Each session begins with a personal consultation so we can adapt the techniques and intensity to your needs and wishes. The treatments we offer are dedicated exclusively to well-being and relaxation; they have no therapeutic purpose.
The stated duration includes 10 minutes of preparation and a conversation with the practitioner.

A modern, fully equipped fitness room is available to guests, with professional Matrix equipment carefully selected for wellness enthusiasts and the most demanding athletes alike.
Enjoy our 60 m² fitness room, a bright space overlooking our landscaped gardens and outdoor swimming pool, designed to combine well-being, comfort and performance.

Heated outdoor pool
The outdoor pool is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. It is heated from 20 April to 30 October and is open every day from 9:00 to 19:00.
